SUPPLIER, DELIVERY CHARGES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Postage Options -
All orders will be sent out by 1st Class post.
We strongly recommend that you propose an address where there will always be someone present to sign for the delivery (such as a work address).
We try to deliver all goods within seven working days of the order being placed unless you are notified of any delay at the time of making your order.
If after seven days you have not received your products then please call The Middlesex Shop on 020 7289 1300, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm and please have your order number to hand.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
Every care has been taken to ensure the descriptions, colours and specifications of the goods portrayed in our website and associated brochures are correct. However, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.
Availability & Prices
All goods are offered for sale subject to availability. We regret that occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if a product is withdrawn for any reason. The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website or in our brochures and inclusive of any VAT that may be payable by you. We guarantee to maintain the current prices until 31 December 2012. However, after that date, we reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in the rate of VAT or supplier costs. All prices and delivery charges are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full at the time of ordering. In the event of any deliveries to addresses outside of the UK, the purchaser is entirely responsible for any applicable customs' duties or taxes in your own country.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of the goods set out in your order.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site or on our order form. We do not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver goods to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods supplied, provided you inform us within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods and the goods, together with the delivery note, are returned to us in perfect condition to the address specified on the delivery note. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied, and, in the case of damaged or defective goods or incorrect deliveries, any delivery charges incurred by you. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, (including without limitation, financial loss such as loss of profit or otherwise), whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. We cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on our order form. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not sell goods for purchase by children. We sell children's goods for purchase by adults. If you are under eighteen years, you may order goods from us only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Choice of law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience every time you order from www.middlesexcccshop.com. However, there may be times when the goods you order are not exactly what you wanted or expected. We are happy to accept the return of goods if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. If you return goods within fifteen working days of receipt, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
We will refund the delivery charges only if the goods are:
Goods returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused or a re-stocking fee applied
REFUND POLICY FOR TICKETS
If, because of bad weather conditions at the Ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, play does not take place, or is restricted to 5 overs or less for Friends Life t20 tickets or 10 overs or less for Clydesdale Bank 40 tickets, with no result being obtained, a full refund of the face value of the ticket is available.
No refunds are available for Uxbridge Season Tickets.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A £1.00 ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.
To obtain a refund send your ticket(s), along with your name and address, to the Middlesex CCC Office, Lord's Cricket Ground, London, NW8 8QN no later than 28 days after the match. Please allow 30 days from the receipt of your claim for your refund cheque to be issued.
This ticket is issued subject to the bearer abiding by the Ground Regulations, copies of which are displayed at the entrances.
No alcohol may be bought into the ground for this Friends Life t20 Fixture.
Under 15s must be accompanied by an adult.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them; damaged or defective goods should be returned within fifteen working days of receipt. At our discretion, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.
How to return goods
You must notify us that you will be returning goods, (within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods) by calling The Middlesex Shop on 020 7289 1300.

In the case of damaged or defective goods, please provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible. All goods must be returned in their original packaging, together with the delivery note. In the case of damaged goods, if the packaging itself is damaged, please include this packaging with the returned goods. Please remember to:
Parcels being returned remain your responsibility until we safely receive them. Therefore, we recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
