Middlesex Matters – Issue 2 (May 2014)
PLEASE NOTE: this is an online version of the magazine and you will be sent a link so that you can peruse it at your own pleasure as an e-magazine!
In the Middlesex Matters monthly magazine readers will be treated to more interviews, more features, information on the progress of the Middlesex Second Eleven, Women’s Cricket, age group cricket, Middlesex disability squads and a monthly focus on a recreational club within the county, to provide you with a comprehensive monthly guide to all things Middlesex Cricket.
With all of last month’s Middlesex action to review, a further four LV= County Championship Division One matches coming up this month and with the Panthers NatWest T20 Blast campaign starting with our double header against Essex and Sussex on the 17 May, you’ve got a real bumper issue to get your teeth into this month, as we look ahead to all of action in May.
Aside from this, the lovable gentle giant that is Ollie Rayner offers us his behind the scenes view into goings on within the Middlesex camp, there’s news from the board room, as Ian Lovett brings us up to speed with what’s keeping the club’s Executive Board busy, Brondesbury Cricket Club feature as our focus club of the month and club member of over forty years, Sandra Young, reviews the club’s 150th Anniversary lunch function. There’s also stats galore, opponent previews, ones to watch and a whole bunch of other content to get your teeth into.
The May Issue of Middlesex Matters will be available to buy in hard copy from the Club Shop from next week, priced at £2.50 for members and £3.00 for non-members.
